Since 1986, we have been providing our customers with the winning combination of quality and convenience. What began as a modest company offering authentic Italian-style meals to its Toronto neighbourhood, soon gained a reputation for fresh, restaurant-quality food. We expanded quickly to meet the high demand for our premium products and today, we answer the question “What’s for dinner?” for many families and food-lovers across Canada.

Pasta Kitchen pioneered the home meal replacement boom in the 90s and has become a valued partner to Canada’s leading grocery retailers. As a result of close ties with our sister company in Los Angeles California, Huxtable’s Kitchen, our Toronto facility is supplemented by a west coast facility. Together we are able to service the North American market.

Our Facility

We knew we had to do things differently in order to provide you with the convenience and quality you need and deserve. That is why you will not find a kitchen like ours anywhere. Our 27,000 square foot facility has the efficiencies and safety and quality standards of a state of the art production facility, but retains what is best about a home kitchen. At Pasta Kitchen, we roll cannelloni by hand, generously ladle homemade sauce over fresh Italian pasta and cook creamy scalloped potatoes with great care. Our attention to detail, taste, and excellence is unmatched, and the freshness and quality of our ingredients parallel those found in fine restaurants.

Pasta Kitchen has a diverse workforce of over 100 employees. While we come from many different backgrounds, we share a pride and dedication that is reflected in the quality of our products and the service we provide to our customers. Whether through the perfect consistency of our tomato sauce, the timeliness of our deliveries, or the interaction with the deli managers, we all have a role to play in providing you with the best customer service possible. Our Commitment

Food safety and customer satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us and we are strongly committed to upholding the highest standards of food safety and product quality. Throughout our facility we employ strict production and handling procedures to ensure food safety. In addition to being a federally registered establishment, we have implemented a globally recognized food safety and quality program SQF2000 (Safe Quality Food) which provides consumers the security of a rigorous third party audit process and international registration system. We have recently obtained our Level 3 SQF2000 certification.
