Ingredients

Potatoes, water, lean ground beef, onions, carrots, peas, butter, green onion, beef flavour (roasted beef and beef juices, salt, flavourings, potato flour, caramel colour, corn oil, paprika), tomato paste, milk ingredients, Worcestershire sauce (water, malt vinegar, sugar, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, caramel colour, spices, dextrose, dehydrated onion & garlic, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, tamarind extracts, blackstrap molasses, sodium propionate), cultured dextrose and corn maltodextrin, corn starch, corn fibre, salt, garlic (garlic, water, citric acid), potato starch, spices, parsley.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  2. Heat 3-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 4-5 minutes (900 g tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 minutes (325 g tray) or 30-35 minutes (900 g tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
