Ingredients

Tomatoes, cabbage, ground beef, rice, water, onions, liquid whole egg, carrots, canola and/or soybean oil, toasted wheat crumbs, modified corn starch, beef base (roasted beef with juices, salt, flavour, potato flour, caramel colour, corn oil, paprika), worcestershire sauce (water, malt vinegar, sugar, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, caramel colour, spices, dextrose, onion powder, sodium benzoate, garlic powder, potassium sorbate, sodium propionate), garlic, salt, spices. No artificial flavours or colours.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not puncture heat proof film.
  2. Heat 2-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 6-8 minutes (900 g tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 minutes (325 g tray) or 30-35 minutes (900 g tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
