Ingredients

Pasta (durum wheat semolina, water, frozen whole egg, canola oil, salt, wheat starch, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, soy lecithin), sauce (milk, ground tomatoes, ricotta cheese [whey, milk, bacterial culture, salt, citric acid], parmesan and romano cheeses, ground tomatoes, spinach, water, onions, canola and/or soybean oil, butter, wheat flour, modified corn starch, salt, garlic [garlic, water, canola oil, citric acid], spices). No artificial flavours or colours.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not puncture heat proof film.
  2. Heat 2-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 6-8 minutes (1 kg tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 15-20 minutes (325 g tray) or 25-30 minutes (1 kg tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
