Water, tomatoes (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), semolina lasagna sheets (water, liquid whole eggs, semolina), mozzarella cheese (milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme), ricotta cheese (whey, milk ingredients, salt, lactic acid, xanthan gum, guar gum, locust bean gum), parmesan & romano cheeses (milk, salt, bacterial culture, lipase, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme), milk ingredients, onions, spinach, butter, wheat flour, spices, soybean oil, oat hull fiber, salt, modified corn starch, sugar, corn starch, garlic (garlic, water, citric acid), citric acid.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  2. Heat 3-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 4-5 minutes (1 kg tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 15-20 minutes (325 g tray) or 25-30 minutes (1 kg tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
