Ingredients

Water, penne rigate pasta, cream (cream, milk, carrageenan, soy mono and diglycerides, carboxymethylcellulose, polysorbate 80), chicken breast strips (chicken breast, water, tapioca starch, modified tapioca starch, sugar, salt, sodium phosphate, dextrose, xylose, soy sauce [wheat, soybeans, salt], maltodextrin, flavouring, malt vinegar, celery powder, citric acid), red bell peppers, asparagus, milk ingredients, soybean oil, cultured dextrose and corn maltodextrin, wheat flour, salt, disodium phosphate, modified corn starch, spices, citric acid, parsley.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  2. Heat 3-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 4-5 minutes (1 kg tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 15-20 minutes (325 g tray) or 25-30 minutes (1 kg tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully. 
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
