Ingredients

Meatloaf: Ground beef, ground pork, onions, red peppers, ketchup (tomato paste, sugar/glucose-fructose, water, vinegar, salt, seasoning), liquid whole egg, toasted wheat crumbs, celery, ground tomatoes, water, garlic, parmesan and romano cheeses, tomato paste, seasoning, salt, sugar, spices, modified corn starch, chicken base (chicken including juices, salt, potato flour, flavour, carrot powder, turmeric), canola and/or soybean oil. Parmesan Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes (contain sulphites), milk, butter, parmesan and romano cheeses, salt, spice, potato starch.
No artificial flavours or colours.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not puncture heat proof film.
  2. Heat 2-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 6-8 minutes (850 g tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 minutes (325 g tray) or 30-35 minutes (850 g tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
