Ingredients

Potatoes (contain sulphites), onions, green peppers, red peppers, canola and/or soybean oil, salt, spices. No artificial flavours or colours.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not puncture heat proof film.
  2. Heat 2-3 minutes on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 25-30 minutes until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
