Ingredients

Sweet potatoes, canola and/or soybean oil, brown sugar, sea salt, pasilla chili powder, smoked paprika, spices. No artificial flavours or colours.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not puncture heat proof film.
  2. Heat 3-5 minutes on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove potatoes from package onto a baking tray.
  3. Cook in centre of oven for 15-20 minutes until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
